New Station Designed Assembled and Installed on SHU Machine
We engineered designed assembled and installed a new processing station on an existing SHU machine abroad. The station was developed specifically to improve the braid forming process required for a shielded cable ensuring higher stability and consistent production quality.
Production Support and Training in Morocco (S70 High Voltage)
On site support for a high voltage S70 machine including operator training process optimization and stabilization of production output.

Provided on site support for an SHU machine at a customer facility in Japan ensuring stable production and resolving process bottlenecks.
Relocation of the Largest SHU Machine Ever Built
Successfully relocated a full SHU system with more than 70 stations and a coiler the largest machine we have ever handled including disassembly transport reassembly and commissioning.
